Senior Project Manager

Mike has 33 years of experience and knowledge of cabinetmaking. Married with 2 kids and grandchildren, you can find him spending time with his family relaxing, & fishing. His favorite cabinetry style is anything simple in the alder wood species.

Shop Manager

With 34 years in the industry and 16 at EWP, Kelly is our go-to guy! He enjoys hunting, fishing and old garden tractors. Married with 2 kids, Kelly prefers face frame cabinetry in rustic hickory.

Senior Project Manager

Sarah has been in the industry for 7 years. She enjoys rollerskating, playing her ukulele, gardening, and being with her husband and dog. Her favorite species of wood is walnut.

Engineer

Another pro, Tom has been in the industry for 34 years. He enjoys fishing and wood working (of course), plus his fiancé, dog and 5 kids, keep him busy. His favorite cabinetry style is overlay cabinets in quarter sawn white oak.

Production Manager

Steve had joined out team with 25 years of residential construction experience. He has a passion for working on cabinet production especially with old-fashioned trim work. He is married with 4 kids and enjoys hiking & camping in his spare time.

Project Manager

Matt’s 6 years of experience and self-taught carpentry skills make him a great addition to our team. Married with 3 kids and a standard poodle, he enjoys tabletop wargaming. His favorite cabinetry style is anything inset in purple heart.

Assistant Project Manager

Abbie joins our team with a passion for creativity and a background in interior design. She loves to fish and is currently learning how to knit. Her favorite species of wood is pine.

Business Office Manager

With nine years in office management and five teens at home, Amber’s a pro at getting things done well. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. Her favorite wood species is European bamboo.
